One-on-One Weight Loss Coaching

One-on-One Weight Loss Coaching Includes:

1.) Weight loss Evaluation to discover what you want to accomplish and to identify your personal Motivation Assassinators that have kept you from reaching your healthy weight goal, along with how to overcome your obstacles successfully and permanently.

2.) Personalized Health Assessment which empowers you to understand and take greater responsibility for your overall health and weight. The traditional medical approach focuses on the diagnosis of disease with pharmaceutical and surgical treatment for each condition. Our Assessment provides a natural approach to health, wellness and weight loss with the goal of enhancing your bodies “self-healing” capability. You will also have the option to purchase natural health and weight loss products to use during your coaching should you choose too, however, no purchase is necessary.

3.) Body Mass Index (BMI) calculation, which is a measurement that uses a scientific formula to determine a person’s safest, healthiest body fat based upon their age, weight and height. Metabolic Typing Test to see what type of foods you should be eating to keep your metabolism running efficiently for health and weight loss. Calorie intake calculation to determine the number and portions of meals per day that should be eaten for your progressive weight loss.

Local Group Weight Loss Challenge Classes:

Local group weight loss challenge classThis 10 - 12 week program provides instruction & education on proper nutrition, food choices, how to stay motivated and encourages exercise. The contest is based on percentage of body weight lost to be fair for both men and women. To make it more fun and motivating, a portion of each class fee is held for a reward for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners. A gift is given as a reward for the person who loses the most inches. Each week, all those who have lost any weight will receive a raffle ticket to be in a drawing for a prize for that week. Classes meet once per week for one hour.

Hi Diane,
I'm not sure if you remember me or not, but I was in your biggest loser weight loss challenge in Armada a year ago. I still think of how much you inspired me and changed my life for the better! Thank you. I am now living in Kentucky. My husband got a job here in May and my kids and I moved here in June when school got out. I was very sad to leave Michigan, but I really like it here. I believe that any place can be "Home" as long as you are with your family! I am trying to get motivated to eat better again now that the holidays are over. I am thinking of joining a "boot camp" at our elementary school. I'll let you know how it goes!
